 Special Promotions this Summer!

• Bring a new full-summer slip renter to the marina this year and you will receive a $100.00 credit applied to your account. (Your account must be current and in good standing with the marina)
• Boathouse "B" will rent for the same price as outside slips again this summer.
• Summer dockage fees will be $45.00/ft for outside slips & Boathouse B inside slips. However, for year round customers this fee will be discounted to $44.00/ft.
• There will be no additional cost for summer water & hydro usage at the docks for seasonal slip renters.
     
                                                                           Reserving Your Slip

Marine Lease Agreements have been mailed out to all our customers and everyone has been assigned the same slip as last year unless you have requested a new spot. We will try to accommodate all requests to relocate if possible. Customers are requested to sign and return the original copy of the Marine Lease Agreement along with a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 by
Friday March 25, 2011 to reserve your slip. A final payment of the balance, is due not later than Thursday April 21st, 2011. For your convenience, we will accept a post-dated cheque for the balance along with your deposit. Please ensure all the information on the Marine Lease Agreement is accurate and complete. All vessels at Rideau Marina must have adequate insurance in force with the information documented on the Marine Lease Agreement. Unfortunately it is necessary to remind our boaters, an owner whose account is not current will not have their vessel launched. Where a vessel has to be moved or worked around by reason of outstanding charges, costs incurred by the Marina will be billed to the owner of the vessel.      
                                                  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE SPRING LAUNCH

This year all boats are to be launched no later than May 20, 2011. A boat will not be launched if your account is not paid in full (including summer dockage fees). Any vessel not ready to be launched by the due date will be rescheduled at the marina's convenience only. Land storage and/or dockage fees will apply.

Rules & Regulations

Rideau Marina has posted a list of Rules & Regulation's which states as follows: No vessel owner, his/her invitees, crew, family member or guest shall interfere with the peaceful environment of Rideau Marina's slip renters by the use of improper conduct, noisy conduct, offensive language, harassment, disruptive public intoxication or loud music heard beyond your boat. To respect fellow boaters, a 10pm noise curfew will be in effect. The marina shall have the right to amend these Rules & Regulation's as it deems appropriate. The marina shall have the right to immediately terminate Marine Lease Agreements for those who fail to comply with these regulations without any refund. Common sense & courtesy to fellow boaters is everyone's responsibility!
